I had an excellent experience visiting EDO JAPAN in Fredericton today. Their shrimp ramen noodle soup is truly delicious. The soup has plenty of vegetables. It's perfect for these cold days ahead. The staff is very kind, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely be back again and again!

Tried out Edo Japan today - noodles and veggies and added tofu with teriyaki sauce; taste was decent like I have had better Japanese food. You have quite a bit of options to choose from so maybe another item on the menu would be better in taste! Price wise it’s fair, not too expensive! Customer service was on point!!

Edo is amazing! I just tried their bubble tea today and it was perfect. I usually get their food and I am never disappointed. The rice is always perfect and the staff are so kind. If I could rate this place higher i would. Thank you for the consistent and kind service.

I forgot to take an actual cute photo before devouring. It is so good, the kind of good that makes you forget to take a photo. EdoJapan in-dining is great with friendly attentive service, and take out never disappoints either, as fresh as always. One of the best spots in Fredericton.

Sushi was really delicious but the boba was pretty bad. The texture of the boba bubbles was indescribable so steer clear of that and you will have a great time. Go to a local boba shop for proper boba, you can tell it's a restaurant chain with that. Great for cheap sushi and service was awesome though I will definitely come back

I have just visited Edo Japan in Fredericton. I highly recommend it. The food was delicious, all the ingredients were fresh, and their sauce was incredibly tasty. They also have spice bottles available so you can add as much spicy sauce as you like. The service was excellent, the place was super clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the bill was. Five out of five stars!
